Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Trainer and Subject Matter Expert.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing initial and ongoing training to Field Nurses and Rehab Counselors
• Serving as the point of contact for routine procedure and process question
• Administering skills assessments and ensuring the required training and competency to work assigned cases

Required Skills:

• 4 years leading others as nurse case manager, vocational rehabilitation counselor, or workers' compensation
• Demonstrated experience creating and implementing training and competency plans preferred
• Ability to assess training needs, create and utilize training tools and materials, and test/measure
