A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Transportation Management Services Clinical Pharmacy Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in trainings, meetings, committees, and work groups both internally and externally as assigned
- Delivering comprehensive medication therapy management services
- Fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy, and/or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent customer service skills including warm telephone manner
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy for pharmacy programming, word processing, data management
- Assessment of job related skills and competency will be reviewed annually
