Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Medical Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting in detail the actions taken on groups reviewed
- Conducting telephone interviews with applicants
- Evaluating and analyzing enrollment materials, medical evidence and detailed medical information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to maintain organization of cases and files in order to simplify the review process
- Bachelors Degree or High School / GED with 2 years of experience in Medical Underwriting
- Can complete additional assignments and tasks
