Job Summary

A pharmaceutical and biotechnology development company is in need of a Remote Medical Writing Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing communication of new assignments to individual writers, vendors, and contractors
• Making proposals on resourcing and outsourcing strategies
• Consulting with the leaders to resolve conflicts in scheduling based on company portfolio prioritization

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree, or local equivalent, or equivalent experience qualification
• Exceptional ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to continuously anticipate and solve problems
• The ability to proactively understand the needs of a team and manage stakeholder expectations
