Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve quality and process for ICFs to achieve company objectives
• Oversee recruitment and manage medical writers and contractors
• Communicate changes to regulatory requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or local equivalent, or relevant experience
• Clinical research and development, regulatory affairs, or related industry/academic experience
• Expert knowledge of informed consent requirements/guidelines and health literacy principles
• Leadership skills
• Presentation skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams through complex processes given clear direction
