Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Software Quality Testing Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Isolating, reproducing, and tracking defects and verifies fixes
  • Exercising independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues
  • Advising executives to develop functional strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related field
  • 8 or more years of technical experience, preferably in testing databases in Microsoft SQL Server
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in software project delivery
  • Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes
  • Ability to write SQL scripts to generate test output
  • Can develop test data and procedures to meet organization standards and end-user requirements
