Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Medicare Advantage Member Materials Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaboratively working across multiple functions and/or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties
- Promoting positive working relationships within the department and throughout the organization
- Collaborating and partnering with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 plus more years work experience developing and/or managing member materials for a Medicare Advantage health plan
- Several years of managing a team including hiring team members and managing performance
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare
