Job Summary

A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Medicare and Life Insurance Call Center Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Receive a high volume of outbound calls via a dialer system
• Build rapport and qualify customers
• Transfer prospective customers to licensed agents

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1-2 years experience in sales, telemarketing and/or cold calling
• Strong verbal communication and computer system navigation skills
• Dependability a must
