Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Medicare and Retirement Agent Manager in Tulsa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Continually building and nurturing team of agents
- Providing a structured on - boarding process
- Organizing involvement in training to ensure an accurate understanding of our products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have current Oklahoma Life and Health license
- Medicare sales management experience
- 3+ years of healthcare marketing and / or insurance sales experience
- Must have knowledge of and reside in the geography with previous selling experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
