Job Summary

A provider of healthcare products and services is filling a position for a Remote Medicare Billing Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working claims that are pending too long at Medicare
• Reviewing claims that have been put on hold
• Providing Medicare additional information as necessary

Required Skills:

• Strong computer skills. Basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Minimum typing of 40 wpm
• Ability to handle large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to deal calmly and effectively with situations via telephone
• Experience in an environment where calls were monitored and scored
