Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Medicare Broker Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding to inbound calls, voicemails and emails from brokers seeking assistance
• Resolving broker issues by researching causes and working with internal departments
• Exercising discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years previous Broker Support experience or Medicare Member Service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-changing environment  
• Strong understanding of Medicare and healthcare operations
