Job Summary

A healthisnurance company has a current position open for a Remote Medicare Care Management Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading a team with interdisciplinary roles
  • Analyzing data from reporting
  • Monitoring department activity to identify opportunities for improvement and productivity

Required Skills:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in Florida or with compact licensure
  • 3 or more years of case management experience
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office
  • Must provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
