Job Summary
A major healthcare services provider is seeking a Remote Medicare Contact Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing System Training and Education
- Driving Sales Performance
- Providing Reporting and Analytics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Percent of Travel Required 10 - 25%
- Must have experience with Tableau, Salesforce or another CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System
- Appropriate state license to sell insurance as required by state law, subject to product sold
- Previous (2-4 years) related telemarketing or direct sales experience, preferably with Medicare
- Demonstrated experience of strong communication and presentation skills
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and Microsoft Access (Advanced)
