Remote Medicare Eligibility Lead

Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medicare Eligibility Lead.

Must be able to:

• Assist Medicare staff with prospective and enrolled participants in applying for benefits and resolving any eligibility issues
• Oversee enrollment and disenrollment transactions in line with CMS regulatory requirements
• Develop positive relationships with County Medi-Cal and Social Security Administration staff,

Qualifications Include:

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and state systems
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an administrative Medicare support role
• Able to direct a small team of Medicare Eligibility Specialists on all department training initiatives and coaching opportunities
