Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has a current position open for a Remote Medicare Engagement Hub Program Operations Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement strategic business planning process to achieve business goals
- Proactively lead projects by setting strategic direction and plans
- Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and existing products, programs, services
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS/BA required
- 3-8 years of experience related to matrixed/complex projects
- Ability to be innovative and collaborative
- Proven project management skills, preferably with focus on complex product and program planning and implementation
- Experience developing and managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously
- Ability to innovate and ideate solutions to operational challenges
