Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Medicare Enrollment Representative.

Must be able to:

• Make adjustments, additions, and deletions based on enrollment rules and guidance
• Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
• Follow standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion

Required Skills:

• Medicare Enrollment experience
• Basic proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior insurance industry experience, including telephone contact and customer service work
