Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medicare Member Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Verifying member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim payment/statuses
• Estimating member’s out of pocket expenses for select procedures or services
• Meeting all established performance goals

Required Skills:

• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Medicare Member Service Representative
• Strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc)
• Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with company, client, and HIPAA regulations
