Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medicare Operations Manager in Little Rock.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting functions such as but not limited to Member and Provider support, Escalations, and Grievances
- Directly supervising leads for the teams and individuals without a direct supervisor
- Overseeing Medicare operations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or five (5) years equivalent work experience
- Six (6) years related operations experience
- 3-5 years supervisory/management experience
- Experience leading teams in a health plan or health system
- Experience working with Medicare Enrollment, Maintenance, Billing, Claims, and Call Center
