Job Summary

A global health service company is seeking a Remote Medicare Pharmacy Operations Benefits Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing and monitoring the annual ESI Benefit Builds
• Overseeing the annual creation and maintenance of ESI account structure
• Providing Operational oversight and management of annual Medicare Pharmacy Benefit builds

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in leading and managing a team and business initiatives in a matrixed environment
• 2-3 years relevant business or pharmacy benefit experience
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to lead and manage the team through change
• Goal oriented and personally accountable
• Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization
