Remote Medicare Sales Leader or Manager

Job Summary

A financial indemnity company is in need of a Remote Medicare Sales Leader or Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision of approximately 15 – 20 sales agents
• Run sales reports for daily morning meetings with Sales Director
• Provide one-on-one coaching for low performing agents

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
