Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Medicare Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Scaling our Medicare telesales operations from 3-5x every year
• Sharing institutional (Medicare/call center/health insurance) knowledge with your team
• Directly managing a team of 10-15+ sales agents

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of Medicare experience
• 3 or more years Sales Management and People Management experience
• Life, Accident, and Health insurance license
• AHIP Medicare + Fraud, Waste and Abuse certification
