Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Access Specialist to assist patients with medication access and insurance approvals remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients throughout the process to ensure timely access to care
• Work closely with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies
• Perform benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and handle billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare
• Experience with health plans or specialty pharmacies is preferred
• Prior experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management, billing, or claims is desired
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
