Job Summary
A developer of meditation products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Meditation Production Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing various agreements
- Partnering with key stakeholders in the content, marketing, music, and other cross-functional teams
- Handling day-to-day matters that may arise
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney at a top law firm or a media, content, or live entertainment company
- Strong working knowledge of the content production process, whether in scripted, unscripted or live events
- Solid understanding of IP and right of publicity issues
- Excellent drafting, negotiating, and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and communicate in a "non-legal" but concise and accurate manner
- Ability to build interdepartmental relationships at all levels
