Job Summary

A health information management, medical transcription provider is filling a position for a Remote MedTech Contact Center Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring technical support requests receive a quality response within the SLA of one business day
  • Ensuring that all cases received by phone are logged in Salesforce and receive a case number

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ year of experience in a software technical support role
  • Experience showing initiative, including anticipating customer needs
  • High school diploma or GED
