Job Summary
A health information management, medical transcription provider is filling a position for a Remote MedTech Contact Center Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring technical support requests receive a quality response within the SLA of one business day
- Ensuring that all cases received by phone are logged in Salesforce and receive a case number
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of experience in a software technical support role
- Experience showing initiative, including anticipating customer needs
- High school diploma or GED
