Job Summary

A health information management company is seeking a Remote MedTech Data Research Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Evaluate and perform all research inquiries for strategic provider groups
  • Make outbound phone calls through a Dialer system to assigned medical providers

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • Ability to filter, sort, apply VLOOKUP and create and manipulate pivot tables in Excel
