Job Summary
A health information management company is seeking a Remote MedTech Data Research Agent.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate and perform all research inquiries for strategic provider groups
- Make outbound phone calls through a Dialer system to assigned medical providers
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- Ability to filter, sort, apply VLOOKUP and create and manipulate pivot tables in Excel
