Job Summary
A tech-enabled healthcare services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote MedTech Outbound Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making an average of 50 outbound calls per hour
- Rescheduling appointments with both members and contracted provider
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience
- Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time, while making calls
