Job Summary
A travel services company has a current position open for a Remote Meeting and Event Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting Meeting Managers with all aspects of program planning and closeout
- Designing and building websites that provide exceptional user experience
- Creating and distributing client-facing communication/documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College degree from a 4- year institution
- Background and/or education in meetings and events industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Cvent
- Ability to proof electronic documents/communication
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and vendors
