Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Member Acquisition and Retention Manager in Denver.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the development and incorporation of key member insights
  • Developing the strategy and goals for each member journey
  • Delivering on non-Salesforce portion of member journeys

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of consumer insights and/or direct to consumer acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Able to distill complex issues into concise, easy to digest communications
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity and strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and initiate innovative solutions to challenges
