A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Member Acquisition and Retention Manager in Denver.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the development and incorporation of key member insights
- Developing the strategy and goals for each member journey
- Delivering on non-Salesforce portion of member journeys
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 5+ years of consumer insights and/or direct to consumer acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to distill complex issues into concise, easy to digest communications
- Comfortable managing through ambiguity and strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to think creatively and initiate innovative solutions to challenges
