Job Summary
A shared housing startup is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Member Acquisition Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Quickly responding to prospective members’ emails in a friendly way
- Helping prospective members find and tour houses they might be interested in
- Supporting the field team by being on-call during house showings
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 to 3 years of customer support experience
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to new technology
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Excellent reliability
