Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate - PBM - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field complex inbound inquiries, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM and AI tools for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Pharmacy or Health Care customer service experience
  • Experience with PBM Contact Center, Chat Support, AI, and CRM technologies preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights
