Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate - PBM - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Field complex inbound inquiries, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM and AI tools for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of Pharmacy or Health Care customer service experience
- Experience with PBM Contact Center, Chat Support, AI, and CRM technologies preferred
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights
