Job Summary
A dental benefits healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Member Advocate Dental Specialist in the San Antonio Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting members, either in person or via telephone, with writing complaints
- Facilitating the delivery of preventive dental services for new members
- Facilitating the delivery of preventive dental services for eligible members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities required
- Demonstrated proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of related experience in healthcare, advocacy or customer service
- Knowledge of general computer software
- Knowledge of clinical and industry terminology and procedures
