Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Member Care Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the internal Member Care Representative Team
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our Operations and Member Services outsourced call center partners
- Handle end-to-end triage and completion of escalated issues & manage relationships with members
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; will consider experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales/customer service
- Strong decision making and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects/duties
