Job Summary
A health insurance technology and services company is in need of a Remote Member Care Specialist All Levels.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting all interactions while ensuring proper processes and procedures are followed
- Researching and responding to complex inquiries, interactions and sensitive cases using provided programs, tools, and outreach
- Collaborating with team members on special projects as assigned by Member Care leaders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- An ability to deliver amazing customer service experiences and aid and empathize with others during times of stress and confusion
- A desire to disrupt the healthcare system
- Great communication skills
