Job Summary
A faith based care organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Member Development Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of all CCM product guideline
- Follow up on all new leads and referrals resulting from inbound calls, events, landing pages and marketing
- Initiate requests for Program Guides, brochures, applications, and other related materials
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 - 5 years demonstrated successful experience in telesales
- Healthcare sales focus preferred
- Certificate level education (or greater) preferred.
- Can use compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others
- Can consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances and tight deadlines
