Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Member Engagement Operations Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the onboarding/credentialing of new hires
  • Handle offboarding process for terminated employees
  • Submit and internally track the status of system-related requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A College degree, or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous scheduling and/or call center experience required
  • 2 years successful professional work experience, with the solid time management skills
  • Data-driven troubleshooting experience
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
