Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Member Engagement Operations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage the onboarding/credentialing of new hires
- Handle offboarding process for terminated employees
- Submit and internally track the status of system-related requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A College degree, or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Previous scheduling and/or call center experience required
- 2 years successful professional work experience, with the solid time management skills
- Data-driven troubleshooting experience
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
