Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Member Engagement Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Helping a care-avoidant population
• Educating and motivating people to enroll
• Helping new members to learn new behaviors

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in either a consumer sales environment OR
• Healthcare outreach and/or member support
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A quiet, private, distraction-free home office work environment
• High-speed internet with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
