Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Member Engagement Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Call contracted health plan members to reach those who are underserved
- Enroll health plan members into our 52-week OnTrak program
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to work 12-9pm EST (from anywhere in the contiguous US)
- 3 + years of outbound sales experience
- A quiet, private, distraction-free home office work environment
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High school diploma minimum
