Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Member Engagement Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervising 15 - 20 outreach engagement team members
  • Providing ongoing coaching, training and motivation to employees
  • Conducting QA reviews, call monitoring and coaching

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years call center supervisor experience
  • High school diploma
  • 1 or more years of leadership experience with direct reports
  • Strong management experience and a proven track record of increased production
  • Ability to energize and inspire others
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
