Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Member Engagement Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising 15 - 20 outreach engagement team members
- Providing ongoing coaching, training and motivation to employees
- Conducting QA reviews, call monitoring and coaching
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years call center supervisor experience
- High school diploma
- 1 or more years of leadership experience with direct reports
- Strong management experience and a proven track record of increased production
- Ability to energize and inspire others
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
