Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Member Engagement Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supervising 15 - 20 outreach engagement team members working remotely
  • Conducting QA reviews, call monitoring, and coaching
  • Ensuring scripts and call guides are being followed per requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years call center supervisor experience
  • 1 or more years of leadership experience with direct reports
  • 1 or more years managing a remote workforce
  • A proven track record of increased production and team performance success
  • Must be goal-oriented, tenacious, and self-starter with a keen sense of urgency
