Job Summary
Providing timely and accurate support to customers, the full-time hourly Remote Member Experience Associate will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver responsive and professional support via phone, email, mail, and social media
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, documenting issues and escalating complex matters as needed
- Process order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with established policies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Technical proficiency with Zendesk, Sticky.io, Slack, and Google Workspace, or ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills, including excellent reading comprehension and professional writing
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
