Job Summary
A startup focused on connecting individuals with health plans under the Affordable Care Act needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Member Experience Associate in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Help people find, enroll and use quality, affordable health insurance
- Assist customers with questions and problems
- Serve as the voice of our customers to the rest of the company
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years customer service experience in health insurance, benefits, or gig/freelancer platforms
- License to sell health, life and accident insurance in one or more states
- Familiarity with 1099 tax returns
- Expected to work Pacific Standard Time, as well as during normal and extended business hours
