Job Summary
A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Member Experience Inside Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building an inside sales team responsible that drives engagement at critical moments in the loan application funnel
- Managing a team of sales agents
- Designing targeted outbound campaigns aimed at increases in conversion at various stages within the loan application funnel
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales within a call center environment
- Experience designing outbound campaigns that drive conversion
- Experience launching new teams, products, or services
- Experience managing call center sales campaigns and agents
- Deep understanding of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations governing outbound campaigns
- Extreme attention to detail and scalability
