Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Member Experience Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for member inquiries and issues
- Lead projects and address complex member issues as assigned
- Monitor team performance and assist in onboarding new staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans required
- Experience in a leadership role preferred
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute
