Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Member Experience Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for member inquiries and issues
  • Lead projects and address complex member issues as assigned
  • Monitor team performance and assist in onboarding new staff
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans required
  • Experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute
