Job Summary

Leading a team of customer service professionals, the full-time Remote Member Experience Lead will act as a subject matter expert in healthcare, supporting call experiences and enhancing team performance to meet departmental metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for resolving member inquiries and issues
  • Lead projects and manage complex member issues while maintaining performance standards
  • Monitor team performance and assist with onboarding and training of new staff
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience; five (5) years preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care Plans is required
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute and perform basic mathematical operations
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
