Job Summary
A non-profit organization that supports military families has a current position open for a Remote Member Experience Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build relationships with partners to support each other's business goals
- Stay informed regarding local market activities and our competitive position
- Implement a variety of membership processes and plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Knowledgeable of the military family/community and Millennial member experience
- Volunteer management experience
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Comfortable with technology/tech teams, using Salesforce or another CRMS
- May be required to work nights, weekend, and holidays as necessary
