Job Summary

A non-profit organization that supports military families has a current position open for a Remote Member Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build relationships with partners to support each other's business goals
  • Stay informed regarding local market activities and our competitive position
  • Implement a variety of membership processes and plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Knowledgeable of the military family/community and Millennial member experience
  • Volunteer management experience
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable with technology/tech teams, using Salesforce or another CRMS
  • May be required to work nights, weekend, and holidays as necessary
