Job Summary

A mental health services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Member Experience Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build brand new end-to-end experiences across across modalities for patients and customers
  • Put patients and customers first by understanding their behavior, have empathy to craft meaningful solutions
  • Be a strong systems thinker that will directly impact clinical outcomes, member engagement, and company growth

Required Skills:

  • Must be based in New York or willing to relocate
  • 3+ years in a product management capacity at a technology-driven organization with data scientists, engineers, and product designers
  • Have experience with hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing
  • Have direct-to-consumer experiences that have driven high user satisfaction and engagement
  • Have an outstanding track record of owning a complex set of product features, defining a 6-12 month strategy for a product area
  • Must be an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
