Remote Member Experience Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely during overnight shifts, the part-time hourly Member Experience Representative will arrange non-emergency medical transportation by receiving inbound calls, making outbound service calls, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and make calls to assess and fulfill customer transportation needs
• Interact with clients and transportation providers while performing data entry tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise outside standard procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic software and web knowledge with the ability to learn new technology quickly
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
