Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Member Materials Analysis and Automation Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Diagnosing process improvement opportunities
- Leading and managing a team of Analysts
- Being the business subject matter liaison
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4 years of experience in managing business and / or system processes
- 2 years of experience managing direct reports or leading a team
- 2 years of experience gathering, documenting, and implementing business requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years additional related work experience
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
