Job Summary
A non-profit organization representing nearly certified registered nurse anesthetists and student nurse anesthetists nationwide has an open position for a Remote Member Professional Development Services Representative in Park Ridge.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering in-bound and outbound customer care by phone and email related to professional development and member relations
- Monitoring, screening, replying to general email inbox and voicemail
- Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of in-bound customer service experience by phone and email, experience within an association environment and working with members preferred
- Experience handling basic user technical support for online systems
- Working knowledge of learning management systems
- Working knowledge of Aptify or other association management software database
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, and Excel
- Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
