Remote Member Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated inbound remote Member Retention Associate Specialist, the full-time position will focus on retaining current members by discussing AAA membership benefits and ensuring satisfaction, while working from home in designated states.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilizes product knowledge and customer service skills to communicate the value of AAA membership and address member inquiries
• Engages with members through various channels to encourage membership renewal and upsell additional products
• Maintains expertise in membership products and services through ongoing training and collaboration with team members

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two to five years of customer sales and service or retention experience
• Previous inside sales experience focusing on customer care is desirable
• Ability to obtain necessary licensing for sales and service within 90 days of hire
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work overtime or holidays as needed
